i know, i don't have to tell me. its been too long since i've written anything or put any pictures. so today, i shall write AND post two new pics.

a lot has changed in the last few weeks, and mostly, i turned 26. it's been like a what i could imagine a mid-life crisis would feel like. i've had a MAJOR re-evaluation time, along with just handling general. i'm coming to terms with the fact that i can't remember everything, and so i should write EVERY THING down. so i have these cute little brown notebooks i keep in my purse to write in, and i forget they are there. ugh. so frustrating. so i'm learning, and mostly about me and the person He has created me to be. i'm in there somewhere, and i enjoy discovering new talents that are within.

i haven't lost my love for art, or shut my photo eye off. in fact, here is a picture i took last week on the way out to my car leaving work one day. i couldn't resist, i mean like at those rays!

have i told any one lately how much i love jaxson? he's so precious. he is saying some the funniest things right now, and so matter-of-factly, it makes his comments even greater. he's tender hearted and loving, and still all-boy at the same time. last week after my birthday he told his mommy that he forgot to get me the "girl car with eyes" he promised to get me. he was actually sad that he had broken a promise to me. so late in the week, he was able to get me my long lost girl car with eyes. we loving named her peggy...which he loving calls "piggy". its adorable.

yesterday he spent some time with me in the office and was amazed at my very large head phones. so, i attached them to my cell phone that was playing the latest episode of Phineas and Pherb and he was more than content to sit on the floor and hang out with me......[yes that is his chicken strip gravy spilled on the floor]

i love that boy. he teaches me daily about the joys of life. the joy of the Lord really is vibrant in our lives...if we'll just keep our eyes focused on it.

peace and love.
